I worked as an Ofsted Registered Nanny for 10 years with babies and children of all ages. I started work as a Sleep Coach 5 years ago and since then have helped hundreds of families with their little one’s sleep. Alongside sleep coaching I now work in the area of maternal mental health.
I have gained an enormous amount of understanding from real-life, hands-on experience with children, and the challenges and frustrations faced by parents.

The Parents and Families I Help Say It Best
For a year I have considered myself a failure for not being able to get my son to sleep, but Rebecca made me realise that my anxiety was half the problem, and helped me get my head in the right place. She was calm and reassuring and guaranteed me that we could do it….
I now have a 2 year old boy who goes to sleep (or is happy to lie in the cot until he goes to sleep) and sleeps really well. He is much happier and more chilled out as am I!
I can hardly believe it but am SO HAPPY!
